Summary: My family vacations to the cape every year and have stayed in a few different homes, and this was definitely a favorite! The location cannot be beat. We were close to the beach as well as the restaurants and shops in town. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood that made for enjoyable morning and evening walks. The house itself was very clean and the five of us had plenty of room between the three bedrooms and two bathrooms. We enjoyed the hot tub out back, the foosball and pool tables, as well as the outdoor firepit (perfect for roasting marshmallows)!. Above everything, the communication was amazing and response times were immediate. I cannot recommend this home enough. Looking forward to next summer!

Summary: The America House fulfilled all of our needs and was a great place to spend a long weekend with friends. Plenty to do with the foosball game, poker table, and bumper pool and we were very much enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and sitting by the gas firepit. Lastly, the property owner was very responsive to all of our questions. Thank you!

Summary: We rented this house out the week leading up to our college graduation and it was perfect in every way! We fit comfortably in all the bedrooms, were so close to beaches, and so close to everything on the cape. The bikes, game room and hammock were definitely used all week and we really enjoyed our time at the America House!
